Ceramic Sand 20/40 Mesh in Fracturing

Ceramic sand 20/40 mesh is the key material in low-permeability fracturing of oil and gas wells' exploration. Frac sand 20/40 mesh is used in the construction of deep well fracturing. Frac sand 20/40 mesh is filled to the low permeability deposit in the crack of rock stratum, in order to crack the rock of oil and gas, and propping the fractures not to be closed because of the released force when extracting oil by high closed fracturing, thereby to maintain the high conductivity of oil and gas.

Ceramic sand 20/40 mesh is mainly used in stimulating oil and gas wells. This sand is chosen to be higher in permeability than the surrounding formation, and the propped hydraulic fracture then becomes a high permeability conduit through which the formation fluids can flow to the well. Since frac sand 20/40 mesh is carried along with the fluid into the fracture, it will remain in the fracture when the pressure is removed, keeping the fracture propped open and allowing a good means by which the hydrocarbons can flow to the wellbore. Frac sand 20/40 mesh can increase the production of oil and natural gas.

Frac sand 20/40 mesh has the benefits of high crushing strength, low density, good sphere, good surface finish and good diversion ability. Frac sand 20/40 mesh mainly used for supporting fissure of stratum fracturing transformation of deep oil and gas field. Enhance permeability of stratum circulate oil and gas.
